Refund Policy
Because most of our products are manufactured according to customer requirements, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged Goods
If products arrive damaged during transportation, customers should notify us within seven (7) days after receiving the shipment and provide:
- Photos of the damaged goods
- Photos of the packaging
- Order number
Incorrect Products
If incorrect products are delivered due to our error, we will work with customers to provide replacement products or another appropriate solution.
Refund Approval
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing time depends on the payment provider.
